The Fort Hays Memorial Union is currently taking reservations through July 31st, 2025. Reservations for fall 2025, spring 2026 and summer 2026 will open up on the Monday following Spring Break in 2025.
When making a reservation, please inform the reservationist of the date, time, number of people attending, desired setup, and any other special needs for your event. Special needs could include: technical equipment, catering, personnel, etc. The reservationist will find the most appropriate room based on your needs and send you an e-mail confirmation.
Please keep the reservationist updated with any changes to your event to ensure your program's success.
To plan catering (if desired) for your event, contact Kim Barnes with Chartwells Catering at 785-628-5396.
Last minute requests might not be able to be accommodated.
There will be an overtime charge for events that go past normal building hours. All off campus groups that are not sponsored by the University or a student organization will be charged a fee. (Refer to the Facility Rental Price sheets for room fee.) All rooms are charged on an hourly basis, and there is a minimum fee.
