Spring Term 2025 Academic Calendar
Registration for the Spring Semester 2025 begins October 7, 2024. All other registration dates can be found on the Registration Calendar.
January 9 - Spring 2025 tuition and fees due
January 10 - Registered students with unpaid tuition balances or who have not made payment arrangements will be dropped from classes
January 14 - Release of available financial assistance begins
January 20 - Martin Luther King Holiday - University Closed
January 21 - Classes begin
January 24 -Final day for undergraduates to complete and submit Application for Degree Completion in Workday
February 3 - Final day for 100% refund for full semester or arranged courses

Final day to add or enroll in a full semester course with instructor permission

February 17 - Final day for 50% refund for full semester or arranged courses

February 24 - Final day for graduate students to sign for comprehensive examinations.
March 10 - Registration for Summer and Fall 2025, Active Graduates, Seniors, Honors College, and AMS/KAMS
March 14 - Interim
Final day for Masters, Doctorate and Education Specialists to complete and submit Application for Degree Completion in Workday
March 17 - Interim grade entry deadline, NOON
March 17-21 - Spring Break
March 24 - Classes resume

April 28 - Final day for graduate students to submit approved Master's Thesis or Specialist's Field Study and Oral Examination Report due from departments to Graduate School.

May 10, 12-16 - Final examinations
May 10 - KAMS Completion Ceremony, 11:00 am, Memorial Union

June 2 - Classes begin
June 6 - Final day for undergraduates to complete and submit Application for Degree Completion in Workday.
June 8 - Final day for 100% refund for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses.

June 30 - Second session (4-week) courses begin.
July 4 - Independence Day Holiday Observed - University Closed
July 21 - Final day for graduate students to submit approved Master's Thesis or Specialist's Field Study and Oral Examination Report due from departments to Graduate School.
