For non-emergencies, the University Police can be contacted at (785) 628-5304 during normal operating hours. After hours, or on weekends, contact the Hays Police Department Dispatch Center, which dispatches for the University Police Department, at (785) 625-1011. Additionally, there are seven kiosk phones located throughout campus that connect to dispatch.
