MPS in Workforce Development
The Workforce Development concentration prepares educators for the future in schools, the workplace, and organizations. Workforce Development is a broad and flexible program designed for students who are interested in combining technical knowledge with training within a particular industry. This program does not lead to initial teacher licensure (K-12), but with careful course selection may help to qualify someone to meet HLC guidelines for teaching positions at the post-secondary level.
