Mission Statement:
The FHSU Office of Scholarship and Sponsored Projects provides support for the university community by serving as the central administrative unit responsible for the acquisition of external resources through grants and contracts, providing support and guidance for regulatory compliance and the responsible conduct of research, and supporting high quality undergraduate student-faculty research and scholarship.
Vision Statement:
The FHSU Office of Scholarship and Sponsored Projects will grow the university research enterprise with an emphasis on faculty-student collaborations that support the discovery of new knowledge, creative and entrepreneurial activities and community engagement efforts to the benefit of Kansas, the nation, and the world.

In light of the current situation that we are facing with COVID-19, all faculty and student research utilizing in-person data collection will be temporarily suspended (effective immediately).
The Office of Scholarship and Sponsored Projects and the IRB are closely monitoring this situation.
