Health and Human Performance Graduate Assistantships
Health and Human Performance awards, on a competitive merit basis, a number of graduate assistantships for qualified graduate degree-seeking students in the Department. The stipend, which may vary by the award, is for the academic year or for one semester. The maximum time that a graduate student may hold an assistantship is for a total of four academic semesters. A full-time graduate assistant cannot hold another job or position on campus. Part-time graduate assistants may hold additional on-campus jobs as long as the total hours worked do not exceed 19 hours per week.
All positions carry with them assigned teaching and/or administrative responsibilities. Other assigned duties may involve research or other responsibilities as assigned by the department chair or supervising faculty member.

If continuation is granted, there may be specific performance conditions put in place which will be used to determine future program status.
