Pandora's journey in leadership studies began at FHSU while receiving an MLS with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. After attending the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership's international conference in 2009, she was determined to make a more global impact. That led her to the to the FHSU strategic partnerships in China at Xhengzhou Sias University and Shenyang Normal University
Working internationally, she has been able to impact the lives of thousands of Chinese students, contribute to the United Nations Millennium Development Goals for 2015, and equip students with leadership skills necessary for the 21st century.
Her future plans include working toward a DBA from the Swiss Management Center and continued opportunities to serve, improve, and inspire.
Pandora's interests include global leadership, international economic cooperation, travel, quantum physics, and sky diving.
