Leadership Programs offer several programs online and on campus that prepare students to become effective organizational members of the 21st century workplace. Our Program embraces the approach that leadership can be learned. You will learn theory and critical workforce skills in the classroom and be exposed to a variety of opportunities to apply those theories and skills through interactive classes and internships.
Our flexible interdisciplinary program provides you with a cross-functional palette of knowledge and skills that will position you to excel at organizational and supervisory positions in different industries.
The skills you learn will reach beyond technical to include valued professional proficiencies and life skills, applicable to the many challenging, complex situations you will encounter in the future. Strong academic courses taught by renowned faculty will give you an opportunity to put thought into action in your career and community.
