University Policies

This website is a repository for the official policies at Fort Hays State University. By having the policies in one location, it becomes easier for all university stakeholders to find and locate the information they need. All university policy revisions and new policies will be published on this website and become official upon publication.

Individual departments and units may have policies which relate to their specific disciplines and procedures. Please review department and unit websites for more specific information, if applicable.

Board of Regents Policies
The Kansas Board of Regents is a nine-member body which governs six state universities, including Fort Hays State University. It also supervises and coordinates 19 community colleges, five technical colleges, six technical schools and a municipal university.
