Submit a request for:
University Marketing must approve all design/graphic materials used in FHSU-related print or digital marketing.
Staff portraits and other non-recruitment photography will be organized by University Communications.
Non-recruitment marketing materials will be created by Print Services.
If you are in need of print or digital design, video production, or photography assets for student recruitment, our creative team is here to help. To get started, submit a job request, and we will take it from there.
Keep in mind that design projects can take quite a bit of time to produce. Please notify us of your request within three weeks of your expected deadline to ensure timely delivery.
FHSU templates are available in Canva and are restricted to those with an FHSU Brand Account. Please request access to use the FHSU templates.
Approvals
All marketing materials that are used for external purposes need to be approved by the Creative Director. Please submit your project for approval, and allow two business days for a response.

- CMS Training: The University website is built on a Content Management System (CMS) which allows users of all experience levels the ability to edit web pages. You'll be empowered to edit content and keep information up-to-date.
- Website Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues on the website when trying to create new content, please let us know.
- Design & Content Consultation: Accuracy, user experience (UX), and lead generation are vital to a successful website. If you need help with edits or forming a web strategy, we can help.
- Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO): We use a variety of web tools that help us track and improve our website performance. If you have a question about the performance of your webpages, contact us and we can get you the reports you need.
CMS Training and User Access
- Online Training: Online training materials are available. All CMS users should go through these materials prior to starting.
- Personalized Training: We can provide personalized CMS training for you or your office.
- User Access: Our office handles CMS access for all users.

In addition to posting messages to just your department’s social profile, let us share them to the main Fort Hays State University networks. We have a large network of active followers that you can leverage to get your message out. To share your message on one or all of the main university social networks, simply complete the post request form. Be sure to include all of the information needed for the post and the date you would like to see it posted.

The university's identity marks are available to download for use in electronic and physical materials by university-affiliated individuals (staff, faculty, administrators, and licensed vendors).
All questions relating to the use of logos should be directed to University Marketing.

FHSU Licensing Program
Fort Hays State University operates a licensing program to legally protect its identity marks. To protect the university's image and protect the university from liability, Fort Hays State University has implemented a program that establishes ownership and regulates the use of its name and other identifying marks.
