  • CMS Training- Our team is responsible for ensuring that these criteria are met, but we can’t do it alone. The University website is built on a Content Management System (CMS) which allows users of all experience levels, the ability to edit web pages. This means that you can your content, to keep your information up-to-date. When it comes to the taking care of things like accessibility, SEO, and lead generation, we are here to help, simply submit a web request (link to web request form).
  • Website Troubleshooting- If you experience any issues on the website for when trying to create new content, please email webmaster@fhsu.edu.
  • Website Design & Content Editing- Accuracy, user experience (UX), and lead generation a vital to a successful website. If you need help with website edits or forming a web strategy, we can help.
  • Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- We use a variety of web tools that help us track and improve our website performance. If you have a question about the performance of your webpages, contact us and we can get you the reports you need and help you develop a plan website improvement strategy.

CMS Training and User Access

Online Training: Online training materials are available at CMS Training. All CMS users should go through these materials.

Personalized Training Sessions: Personalized training in the FHSU CMS system is provided by the University Webmaster, Earl Ruder. Submit a Web Request (link to form) to schedule a training session.

User Access: The webmaster also handles user accounts and can provide access to the CMS system for new users. Submit a Web Request (link to form)
