Admissions Requirements
- An official bachelor's degree transcript from a regionally accredited institution.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher on the last 60 undergraduate hours or
- A GPA of 2.5-2.99 on the last 60 undergraduate hours and an acceptable score of 148 on both the Verbal and Quantitative components of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
- Two letters of recommendation.
- A personal statement discussing, but not limited to, the following:
- Your reasons for seeking a master's degree in organizational leadership.
- Your previous exposure to, and interest in, the field of organizational leadership.
- How this degree will contribute to your personal and professional goals.
- Your ability to complete graduate-level coursework.
