Staff Award
CHBS Outstanding Staff Award
The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences recognizes a staff member for outstanding and unusual contributions to the department/administrative unit/college/university which are clearly above and beyond the norm. The award recipient will be recognized during the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences Annual Recognition Ceremony. A $250 professional development or equipment stipend in the form of OOE funds will be awarded to the recipient. Recipients will coordinate fund allocation through the dean's office and follow state and university purchasing guidelines. Funds must be utilized in full during the fiscal year following the award ceremony.
Qualifications
Nominees must be Unclassified Professional Staff (UPS) or University Support Staff (USS) for at least 2 years and be a current staff member in the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences. Candidates may be nominated by any faculty or staff in the CHBS. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
Nomination Process
The nominator submits a letter describing the candidate's contributions and why the individual is deserving of the college award.
SUBMIT letters of nomination to Mr. Blake Roth, Faculty Advisory Council Chair, by the nomination deadline.
