Fields of Specialization:
My areas of interest are broad, but generally include pedagogical best-practices in criminal justice, preventative policies for juvenile delinquency, and rehabilitation and correctional practices and policies in juvenile corrections. A primary focus of my career is to leave the criminal justice system in a better place. I believe a focus on juvenile delinquency prevention is where we start, and I also firmly believe there is a great long-lasting impact on improving the criminal justice system when our students move into the workforce as well-informed, critically thinking individuals.
