Docking Institute Student Staff
HANNAH CROSS, GRA

Hannah Cross joined the Docking Institute as a student research assistant in May 2022. During her time at the Institute, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Hannah is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Social Work and plans to become a licensed clinical social worker in the public education system upon graduation. In the fall 2023, Hannah transitioned into the role of graduate research assistant at the Docking Institute. She spends her time tracking and entering survey data, conducting interviews, working with various data software, and continually learning about new trends in social science research.
KORI MASSNER

Kori Massner joined the Docking Institute of Public Affairs as a student research assistant in May 2024. She is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Political Science Degree with a concentration in Pre-Law. Kori will graduate in May 2026 and will pursue a law degree.
ANABETH (AB) RATZLAFF

Anabeth Ratzlaff joined the Docking Institute as a student research assistant in August 2024. She is currently an undergraduate student pursuing a double major in Graphic Design and Sociology. She aims to integrate both fields, exploring their intersections to bridge the gap between science and the arts. Anabeth will graduate in May 2027.
HAYES RICKSTREW

Hayes Rickstrew joined the Docking Institute of Public Affairs as a student research assistant in January 2025. He is an undergraduate student seeking a degree in Agricultural Education. His goal is to teach at the high school level, then move to a position with a cattle breed association or in research and extension.
