Voluntary Plans
Kansas Board of Regents 403(b) Voluntary Retirement Plan: offers benefits-eligible employees the opportunity to invest with a retirement provider approved by the Kansas Board of Regents. Annual limits are established by the IRS. There is not an employer match. Contributions can be made on Pre- and After- (Roth) Tax options.
Enrollment: The KBOR Voluntary Retirement Plan requires you to submit an Investment Agreement and complete the application process with a KBOR-approved company. Plan provider elections and the Investment Agreement submission are made within Workday. Contact a plan provider or enroll online to create an account with the selected company.

KPERS 457 (Deferred Compensation Plan): is a voluntary savings plan available to all Fort Hays State University employees. Annual limits are established by the IRS. There is not an employer match. Contributions can be made on Pre- and After- (ROTH) Tax options.
