Biography
Dr. Vengrouskie is an experienced business/management/entrepreneurship leader, author, teacher, mentor, and coach. His business experience includes 40 years of mid-senior level leadership and management positions within Fortune 100 corporations, and several small entrepreneurial start-ups. Dr Vengrouskie is a retired senior US Army Aviation Officer
culminating his 24-year career as the Chief of Operations of the Army’s Advanced Attack Helicopter Program (AH-64 Apache, AH64D Longbow and OH-58 Kiowa Warrior aircraft). During his aviation career Dr Vengrouskie logged over 5,000 flight hours. After his military retirement, Dr Vengrouskie spent nearly a decade working in the Middle East, where he was an accomplished project manager and as the Director of Helicopter Operations for McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, and later the Boeing Company. Additionally, Dr Vengrouskie served as the Director of Business Development for Boeing’s international Supportability Division in Mesa, Arizona.
Dr Vengrouskie higher education experience includes visiting professorship in China and Vietnam. Over the last 10 years Dr Vengrouskie has served in positions of adjunct faculty, instructor, Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean of Faculty in public, private and for-profit colleges, and universities. He has experience teaching undergraduate/graduate and business executives Driven by a passion for making a difference in the lives of his students, he has a gained a reputation as an outstanding educator, researcher, mentor, and coach.
Dr Vengrouskie resides is Georgetown, Texas with his wife Rachel (Hays) Vengrouskie. They have one son Chad, who is a Senior Contract Manager for Technip FMC, in Houston, Texas.
