Dr. Weihui Fu is a distinguished scholar who previously held the position of Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), an AACSB-accredited institution in China, where she also obtained her Ph.D. in Management. She also worked as a visiting scholar at the Business School of Western Michigan University. Her research is primarily focused on organizational behavior, corporate social responsibility, and business ethics, with particular interests in areas such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job performance, the ethical behavior of employees, emotional intelligence, and other related variables.
Dr. Fu has made significant contributions to her field, with 11 peer-reviewed articles published in top academic journals. Notably, five of these were featured in the Journal of Business Ethics, one of the leading publications in the area of business ethics. Additionally, one publication was a chapter that was included in the book Organizational Ethics and Stakeholder Well-Being in the Business Environment, which was published in 2014. Dr. Fu's work has attracted substantial attention, with over 1,700 citations on Google Scholar. She is strongly dedicated to advancing her research in the fields of organizational behavior, business ethics, and corporate social responsibility. Additionally, Dr. Fu is devoted to teaching and mentoring her students at the Robbins College of Business School and Entrepreneurship.
