HAYS, Kan. -- The most widely-recognized journal in the United States devoted to teaching history will publish an article written by two Fort Hays State University assistant professors, Dr. Kim Perez and Dr. Steven Kite, both assistant professors of history.

"It's Not the End of the World but You Can See It from Here: The Importance of Local History in a Rural Setting" will be in an upcoming issue of The History Teacher.

The journal, currently in its 43rd volume, is published quarterly and issued in February, May, August and November.
