Phillipsburg area students accept scholarships from Fort Hays State University
HAYS, Kan. -- Several area students accepted Fort Hays State University scholarships for the 2010-2011 academic year at a recent Student Recognition Program in Phillipsburg.
Northern Valley High School
Miriah Florence accepted a $500 Academic Opportunity Award in music.
