Fort Hays State University professors present at business symposium
HAYS, Kan. -- Five Fort Hays State University professors presented at the 2010 Southwest Business Symposium held at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond,Okla., March 24-26.
Dr. Anthony Gabel, assistant professor of Management and Marketing, presented "H1N1 Pandemic and Response: A Survey of Subjects' Intended Actions at a Midwestern State Comprehensive University." Dr. Wally Guyot, professor of Management and Marketing, and Dr. Robert Meier, professor of Informatics, co-presented "Using Electronic Portfolios in Higher Education and Incorporating a Computerized Simulation in Selected Business Courses." Michael Martin, instructor of Management and Marketing, presented "Using Customer Experience Elements to Compare Return and Repair Models in the Power Hand Tool Industry," and Dr. Micol Maughan, associate professor of Management and Marketing, presented "A Critical Thinking Exercise Using a Sudoku Puzzle."
