HAYS, Kan. -- Fort Hays State University's annual Spring Convocation will mark the close of the academic year at 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 7, in the Fort Hays Ballroom in the Memorial Union on the FHSU campus.

President Edward H. Hammond will once again close the event with the State of the University address, which will follow the annual report from the president of the Faculty Senate, Dr. Jeff Burnett, associate professor of health and human performance; the annual meeting of the Graduate Faculty; and the annual report from the dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Tim Crowley.
