Black Student Union brings talent to campus

HAYS, Kan. -- This week the Black Student Union brings another Music Art and Dance Talent show at 7 p.m. Feb. 4, in the Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center in Sheridan Hall on the FHSU campus.
"There will be all kinds of music," said Vernon King Jr., Duncanville, Texas, sophomore. This show will be hosted by King and Anthony "Smiddy" Smith, Arlington, Texas, junior, to raise money for AIDS and HIV Awareness Month, which is February. Seven people will perform to a variety of music including piano, guitar, country, rap, and rhythm and blues. The Black Student Union in the Memorial Union is selling tickets through Friday for $3. Tickets will be $4 at the door.
