Professions rooted in biology to be focus of Biology Career day at FHSU

HAYS, Kan. -- Local professionals representing various careers in the field of biology will be available to inform, answer questions and demonstrate some of what they do in their professions at the Biology Career Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 28, on the Fort Hays State University Quad.
The day is sponsored by the FHSU Biology Club. President Brian Serpan, Timken junior, said that some may have literature and job applications. Biology Club T-shirts will be available for purchase and fruit will be given out while supplies last.
Professionals will include a fisheries biologist, wildlife biologist, paleontologist, physical therapist, museum educator, veterinarian and others.
