FHSU to host Gospel Extravaganza

HAYS, Kan. -- The third annual Gospel Extravaganza, hosted by Fort Hays State University's offices of Diversity Affairs and Student Affairs, will be on Saturday, Oct. 8, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center in Sheridan Hall.
This year, Rudy Currence, a soul and gospel singer, and the Fort Hays Singers, directed by Terry Crull, assistant professor of music and theatre, will perform inspirational gospel songs.
Admission is free, but donations are appreciated. All proceeds will go to the Diversity Affairs and Commerce Bank Book Scholarship.
