HAYS, Kan. -- The Fort Hays State University Meetings, Conventions and Events Management class will sponsor a battle of the bands at Singers, 114 E. 12th, Hays, on Sunday, Nov. 6. The event will benefit Options Domestic and Sexual Violence Services.

The music begins at 2 p.m., and admission is $3 per person. The music will continue until 5. Raffle prizes and snacks will be part of the festivities. The public is welcome
