HAYS, Kan. -- Students and staff in Residential Life at Fort Hays State University are offering area children a fun and safe way to celebrate Halloween.
Pre-school through grade-school children are welcome to dress up in their costumes for a free trick-or-treat tour through McMindes Hall at FHSU. The children are welcome from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25, and should be accompanied by an adult.
Participating FHSU students in the residence halls will pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters and lead them through the hall.
A mad scientist lab will be in McMindes Hall, room 2R, at 6:30 p.m. Other events include a magic show, snacks and games for all involved.
