Delta Zeta to hold 5K relay to benefit FHSU's Herndon Clinic

HAYS, Kan. -- Fort Hays State University's Delta Zeta Chapter will hold a 5K Turtle Relay Race on Saturday, Nov. 10, to benefit the university's Herndon Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic.
The relay race consists of a three-mile course where participants may walk, run or bike.
The event is open to all ages. Entry fee per three-person team is $15 to pre-register or $20 on the day of the race. Individual participants may sign up for the same price.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The walk begins at 9 a.m., the run begins at 9:15 a.m., and the bike race begins at 9:30 a.m.
FHSU serves the local community and the people of western Kansas through the Herndon clinic. The state-of-the-art clinic provides comprehensive services in speech, language and hearing as well as professional clinical training for seniors and graduate students majoring in speech-language pathology.
