Walking and running begins at 9:15 a.m. Zumba and bootcamp will take place at 10 a.m., and, at 11 a.m., participants can do the Hero Workout and Crossfit.
Participants are required to sign a liability waiver to participate in the workouts.
Free will donations will be accepted. Donations can be mailed to FHSU Wellness Attn: Emily Washburn, 600 Park St., Hays, KS 67601.
"He was a man who showed a great passion for life," said Washburn. "His strength and character will never be forgotten. He was a champion and a fighter who inspired so many."
