FHSU to host Super Spectacular Awesome Week

Super Spectacular Awesome Week, several days of fun things sponsored by the University Activities Board of Fort Hays State University, is during the week of April 14 through the 18 with multiple events to attend.
Logan Mize, a country singer from Clearwater, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 14, at Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center. Mize is known for his hit songs "Used Up," "State Of Your Heart," "Hey Carolina" and "Sunflowers." Mize has been named the 2014 Official Kansas Tourism Ambassador. The concert is free and open to the public.
Students can Stuff a Tiger from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, in Cody Commons in the Memorial Union. They must have a Tiger ID to participate.
The Muslims are Coming lecture and documentary about the fear of Islamic people coming to America is at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, in the Memorial Union Ballroom. Students must have Tiger ID to participate. The public is invited to attend.
Tiger Idol will feature eight FHSU student singers competing to win multiple prizes at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, in Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center. Students must have Tiger ID. Prizes are a Smart Television, iPad, Beat Headphones and a $25 iTunes gift card. The public is invited to attend. Admission is free.
In White Elephant Bingo, students can win prizes that could be stolen by other participants throughout the game. The game is at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17, in Cody Commons. Students must have Tiger ID to participate.
