HAYS, Kan. -- Love is in the air. For parents, that means that babysitters are in high demand for Valentine's Day, but this year the Delta Zeta sorority at Fort Hays State University is hosting a Parents' Night Out baby-sitting fundraiser on Saturday, Feb. 13.
Children from pre-kindergarten to fourth grade can enjoy various safari-themed activities such as face painting, crafts, movies, various jungle themed games, a scavenger hunt and a special appearance by Victor. E. Tiger while their parents celebrate the day.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. and end at 9:30 p.m. in the Fort Hays Ballroom at the Memorial Union. The cost will be $20 per child and $5 for each additional sibling.
The children will receive a certified safari ranger badge.
