Join Fort Hays State University and the FHSU Foundation as the largest fundraising campaign in the history of the university begins with a news conference at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, in the Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center of Sheridan Hall.

Information to be presented will include the need for this campaign as well as specific fundraising priorities, goals and hopes.

"Please join FHSU as we begin a new and exciting era in the history of Fort Hays State University," said Jason Williby, president and CEO of the FHSU Foundation.

A reception in Sheridan Hall's Dreiling Lobby will follow the campaign kickoff.

Students are encouraged to attend and swipe their Tiger card at the event to be entered to win one of two $500 scholarships for use in the spring 2017 semester.
