The Fort Hays State University and Hays communities are invited to view the ninth annual "Let Your Voice Be Heard!" poster competition. Students in Karrie Simpson Voth's "History of Graphic Design" class created 61 posters in conjunction with the American Democracy Project. The posters cover concepts such as democracy, civic engagement, the upcoming election and the candidates, social issues, and issues that affect our city, state, nation, and world. Visitors are invited to vote for their top three favorite posters. Voting is open through Friday, Oct. 7. The poster winners and poster designers will be revealed on Monday, Oct. 10. The exhibition, which will remain up until Friday, Oct. 14, is on the first floor of the FHSU Memorial Union, between Starbucks and the University Bookstore.
