Tam earns top award from acclaimed journal

HAYS, Kan. - A paper by Dr. Steven Tam, associate professor of management at Fort Hays State University, was recently named the European Journal of Training and Development's 2017 Outstanding Paper.
"Organizational Learning and the Organizational Life Cycle: The Differential Aspects of an Integrated Relationship in Small to Medium Enterprises" was selected from all the papers published in 2016 based on its rigorous standards of academic research. Tam's work studies the domains of organization theory, strategic management and organizational learning.
The paper has received more than 2,000 downloads online and continues to be cited in research worldwide. As one of the journal's most read articles each week, Tam's work serves as a sample paper for the publication.
