KAMS students present KGED research at the Capitol

HAYS, Kan. – Four students from Fort Hays State University’s Kansas Academy of Mathematics and Science recently presented research at the 2018 Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol in Topeka.
Students, led by Linda Smith, instructor of English, presented their project, the Kansas Gifted Education Database. The database bridges deficits in available resources for higher-level learners in Kansas by providing a repository of open and free learning tools to teachers, students and parents.
Student researchers are Sarah Buie, Derby, Annie Hinds, Wichita, Dana Kang, Pyeongtaek, South Korea, and Runfan Yang, China.
