Livestock judging teams bring awards home from Nebraska conference

Several teams from Fort Hays State University competed this year in the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture judging conference in Norfolk, Neb.
“We had some success with several of these teams, and some students did very well individually,” said Dr. Craig Smith, associate professor of agriculture.
Nick Smith, Sharon Springs senior, dominated the computer applications contest. He was first in the general knowledge section, first in practical applications and first overall.
