Summer Term 2020 Academic Calendar
Pre-Enrollment for the Summer Term 2020 begins March 16, 2020.
May 20 - Enrollment Deadline. Pre-enrolled classes will be dropped from the Student Schedule if enrollment is not finalized on TigerEnroll by 11:59 pm CT.
May 27 - Begin release of available financial assistance funds to students meeting eligibility and enrollment deadlines. Fund release dates are dependent on the selected refund option choice in the TigerEnrollment payment process.
June 1 - Classes begin
Pre-Enrollment for Fall Semester 2020 new freshmen
Final day for undergraduate students to declare an Intent to Graduate--notify Registrar's Office. Go to TigerTracks
June 7 - Final day for 100% refund for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses.
See Fee Refund/Drop/Withdrawal Schedule for less than full-term courses.
Final day to add or enroll in a full-term course (8-week) with instructor permission. See Last Day to Add Summer Term Classes.
Fees for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses do not apply to courses added after this date.
June 8 - Pre-enrollment for Fall 2020 transfer students
Final day for graduate students to submit an Intent to Graduate. Go to TigerTracks
June 14 - Final day for 50% refund for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses.

Final day to withdraw full-term (8-week) or arranged courses without transcript record.
June 15 - Transcript record begins for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses.
COURSES ARE PERMITTED TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM JUNE 15 THROUGH JUNE 28 (SEE WITHDRAWAL POLICY STATEMENT). A grade of "W" will be recorded.
Pre-Enrollment for Fall 2020 new freshmen
Final date for graduate students to sign for comprehensive examinations.
June 22 - Pre-Enrollment for Fall 2020 transfer students
June 28 - Final day to withdraw from a course with transcript record of "W" for full-term (8-week) or arranged courses. (NO WITHDRAWAL ALLOWED AFTER THIS DATE, the end of the 4th week of classes).
June 29 - Second session (4-week) courses begin.
Final day for graduate students to submit Master's Thesis or Specialist's Field Study introductory pages for format review.
July 3 - Independence Day Holiday - University Closed
July 13 - Final day for graduate students' comprehensive exams results from departments to the Graduate School.
July 20 - Final day for graduate students to submit approved Master's Thesis or Specialist's Field Study Oral Examination Report due from departments to Graduate School.
July 24 - Term ends
July 27 - Final grade entry deadline, NOON
August 14 - Summer term undergraduate/graduate degree candidates must have all requirements for a degree completed and on record in the Registrar's Office by 4:30 pm
