Amanda Sowers, LSCSW, LMSW, tLAC, Instructor
Amanda Sowers graduated in 2014 from Washburn University with a masters in Social Work, where she received honors. She also received her bachelors of Social Work from Fort Hays in 2010.
Amanda currently works for Compass Behavioral Health as a therapist. She works in the Batter's Intervention Prevention Program, along with Substance Abuse. Amanda provides assessments, evaluations, individual therapy, as well as family therapy. Amanda has worked in the Mental Health for over 12 years. Amanda is a Licensed Master's Level Social Work and a Temporary Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys farming, reading, and spending time with her family. Amanda is married and has three children.
