Elizabeth graduated top of her class with a Master's Degree in Sociology from Wichita State University after completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Elizabeth's Master Thesis regarded the pay gap between men and women in the United States with the use of SPSS statistical software. Elizabeth worked as a graduate teaching assistant at Wichita State University with multiple professors researching Self-Service in the Labor Process and creating assessments to be used for Battering Intervention Programs in Wichita, KS. Elizabeth has completed training in Quality Matters and received certificates in Quality Matters Rubric Training and Peer Review Training. Elizabeth has also taught Introduction to Sociology classes at Butler Community College. In her free time Elizabeth enjoys reading, golfing, baking, and cake decorating.
