Microsoft OneDrive for Business is a cloud-based file hosting service that allows users to create, store and sync files across multiple devices. It's basically like an extra hard drive that's available from any of your devices. You can also securely share your files with colleagues, and you are in control of who can see and edit your files.
Each OneDrive user gets 5TB of storage space, and access to the office online applications like Word Online, Excel Online, OneNote online, etc.
OneDrive is available to all FHSU faculty, staff, and students.
- 5TB maximum quota
- 2GB maximum file size
- 20,000 file and folder limit
To get started you just need to login at http://portal.office.com. Once logged in, go to the App Launcher and choose OneDrive. See below for video tutorials and links to OneDrive training materials.
