Student Affairs Student Employee Think Tank Committee
The Student Affairs Student Employee Think Tank Committee is charged to develop a division-wide program to positively impact and measure student learning through on-campus student employment within the division of student affairs. Program aspects should include:
- Identification of relevant division-wide learning outcomes for student employees
- Identification of the appropriate assessment approach (i.e. qualitative, quantitative) and instrument(s)
- Design of a unified process (and instructions for departments)
- Development of a training program for departments
