IRES-Cameroon Collaboration |Additional Opportunities
Faculty at Fort Hays State University's Werth College of Science, Technology, and Mathematics (FHSU STM) offer graduate and undergraduate students various opportunities to conduct research and gain world-class experience.
Dr. Henry Agbogun currently has research opportunities available to students, including projects in the US and abroad.
Projects open students may involve:
- Hydro or geochemistry projects
- Estuarine research
- Petroleum research
Research students have the opportunity to present research at various venues (e.g. during the undergraduate and graduate research day at the Kansas State Capitol, FHSU SACAD, SEG-annual meeting, AAPG and GSA etc.)

Collaborative Research: IRES Track I: US-Cameroon Collaboration Investigating Anthropogenic Perturbations on Carbon Cycling in an Urbanized Tropical Estuary
Seeking undergraduate and graduate students to take part in a collaborative project that will provide the opportunity for international education, training, and research in marine geochemistry and carbon cycling in the Atlantic coast of Cameroon, West Africa.
