Appointments and Self Check-in
Online scheduling is available on our Patient Portal. You can also contact us directly to schedule your appointment. Walk-in appointments will be scheduled subject to provider availability.

- Arrive early (10-15 minutes prior to the appointment) to complete required information. New patients will need to complete additional forms.
- Perform self check-in at one of the iPad stations located in our lobby. Make sure to update your address, phone number, or other information, if needed.
- Notify the front desk of any changes to your health insurance.
- Out of respect for other patients, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Financial Policy and Fees
Health and Wellness Services charges a fee for most medical services. Payment is not required at the time of service; however, payment for prescriptions and medications is expected upon checkout. We accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit/debit cards). Faculty and staff members are welcome to use medical services but do not receive the same discounted fees as students. View our Financial Policies for additional information. If you have questions about the cost of specific services, please contact our office.
We accept health insurance and will bill you for any outstanding balance. If you are uninsured, you may want to consider signing up for student health insurance. Visit our Health Insurance page for additional information.
We also offer eligible students a discounted fee schedule for professional medical services, medications, and diagnostic testing. Additional discounts to students who cannot afford healthcare services because of their unique circumstances are also available. Visit our Hardship Discount page for information on applying for this program.
