Biography:
Erica Fisher is a higher education leader with over 15 years of experience in program development, strategic partnerships, and student success initiatives. She holds a Master of Science in Education from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Kansas, with additional graduate coursework in project management and instructional design. As Senior Partnerships Manager for Professional and Continuing Education (PCE), Erica works closely with partners to develop programs that enhance employee talent development, foster new and existing partnerships, and support the University’s growth through professional learning pathways.
Erica has previously held leadership roles in university fundraising, online and military enrollment, and transfer student services. Her professional accolades include the National University Technology Network’s Distance Education Innovation Award and a Fort Hays State University Navigator Award nomination. Erica excels in strategic planning, collaboration, and driving impactful initiatives, and is committed to creating innovative educational pathways and lifelong learning opportunities.
