B.S. Biology Natural Resources
Our faculty have expertise in Aquatic Biology, Mammalogy, Ornithology, Plant Biology, Ecology, and Rangeland Management. They have developed partnerships with state and federal agencies such as the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, Kansas Natural Resource Coalition, the Nature Conservancy, and Ducks Unlimited. Our students have taken positions at Cedar Bluff Reservoir, Ducks Unlimited, The Natural Resource Conservation Service of KS, Rocky Mountain Power (as a wildlife field technician), and have gone on to graduate schools, including FHSU and University of Wisconsin-Stout.
