Online School Psychology Program
Application Deadline: March 15, 2021
Why should you get this degree?
The online school psychology program is designed for students who have a passion for school psychology but need the flexibility of an online education. Students in the online school psychology program have the opportunity to pursue the MS and EdS degrees part-time or full-time. The entire online program is delivered virtually. Students are only required to come to the FHSU campus for one five-day workshop on appraisal of children, which takes place during a summer semester. Although the online program is designed with the same structure as the on-campus program, whose students primarily work in Kansas, the online program is available for students residing anywhere in the United States.

I live in a state other than Kansas. Does the online program work for me? | Yes. Our alumni have lived in states across the country, and have obtained licensure as a result of our online program. If you have questions regarding the program's fit with your own state's licensing requirements, please visit the NASP website. |
Is the GRE required? | Yes. We require either the GRE General, or the MAT. Applicants cannot receive waivers for the GRE or MAT requirement. |
I have another master's degree. Can I begin at the EdS program? | First, compare your master's coursework to the coureswork required for our MS program. If there is substantial overlap, you can be considered for the EdS. However, unless you have taken courses in test administration, it is unlikely you will be able to begin directly at the EdS. |
