Vehicles on the Quad
Trevor Deets (Grounds) has designated that groups may drive vehicles on the Quad as long as they stay on the sidewalks, no vehicles for any reason should be on the grass anywhere. Vehicles may enter the Quad by Rarick or Albertson.
If a group will be having a vehicle on the Quad this needs to be included with the reservations.
If a group will be having a grill they need to place the grill on the grass but only where the grass is bare or dying, not where the new grass is planted. Group will also need to notify the Union and Ground of plans to use grill.
If group needs assistance placing their vehicle, especially if they will be having a trailer, they need to contact Trevor at t_deets@fhsu.edu or 785-628-4039.
