Powerful Tools to Grow Language and Adapt Curriculum
Course Description: Join us in this workshop as we introduce ideas, curricula and materials that will not only meet the needs of each student, but will also make your life easier. We will explore the four implementation pillars for supporting individuals with complex communication and learning needs: education, communication, access, and social/emotional learning. Participants will learn to use the Snap + Core First Boardmaker and other resource to develop specific strategies for supporting success within each of the pillars, both for the therapy room and the classroom. After the workshop, you will walk away with practical resources to use immediately.
