Suffering from domestic, dating or sexual violence can be devastating. Sometimes you may feel you are all alone and that there is nowhere to go for help. It is important to take care of yourself and get the help you need to deal with the pain of abuse.
We offer confidential individual counseling to help you with decision-making, safety issues, general support, and individual healing. In addition to these services, individual support is available through the local Options Domestic and Sexual Violence Services organization.
