Admission Requirements

Individuals seeking admission to the MPS in Organizational Leadership must have a grade point average of 3.0 on their last 60 undergraduate hours. Prospective students must also submit all relevant application materials to the Graduate School.

Applicants must submit the following:

Two (2) letters of recommendation from professors and colleagues who can attest to the applicant's ability to complete graduate-level work,
Professional Resume, and
A personal statement discussing the applicant's background, why they're applying to the MPS, and how it will contribute to their personal and professional goals.

Application Deadline

We accept and review applications regularly for admission in the fall and spring semesters; however, it is in the best interest of applicants to submit their materials by the priority deadlines below:

Fall Semester Start - July 1
Spring Semester Start - December 1
